Bosques de Lindora is an exclusive gated and private community located in Santa Ana. It has all the privileges of a luxury residential: 24-hour security, a beautiful clubhouse with a swimming pool, tennis courts, soccer fields, entertainment areas, and beautiful gardens.

One of the goals of the developers was to preserve the natural environment, so they kept a large number of native trees in the area, giving the place a refreshing atmosphere where its inhabitants can feel like they are in a forest in the middle of the city.

This project has become one of the preferred private communities in the Central Valley for its luxurious homes and high level of security.

Villa Toscana is a spacious house, on two levels, built with a harmonious family life in mind. In it there is space for everyone and in a very independent way.

We are welcomed by a driveway that can accommodate up to nine cars, perfect for our guests to have all the comforts from the start of the event or for all family members to have their parking space.

On the first floor there is a huge and cozy social area, full of natural light and high ceilings that take our breath away. The glass doors are completely foldable to extend that space with the pool and the ranch. The Ranch has a BBQ area and a full bathroom. Nothing was spared in this build.

In the dining room a table of up to 20 people can fit without any problem, this house was designed for a large family and so that everyone can sit comfortably at the table.

The kitchen, recently remodeled with excellent finishes and high-end appliances, is closed but with direct access to the pool and ranch. It has a beautiful dining room with a baywindow bathed in the sun's rays.

In the room area we have two very spacious twin rooms that share a spacious bathroom with beautiful granite countertops. Each one has its walk-in closet for total comfort.

Another room with its independent bathroom and terrace that overlooks the garden and another room with a full bathroom but which today functions as an office. There is also a family TV room that also has access to the garden so as not to lose the habit.

With the intention of not having to climb stairs daily, the main room is also located on the first floor. It is extremely spacious, with its own living room, and full of thoughtful details, such as cupolas, double-height ceilings, and a terrace overlooking the pool.

On the second floor there are two more rooms that share an external bathroom and a large TV room.
